Fanzone Media offers its Users the opportunity to voluntarily participate in the Blockchain Migration Test Phase.
The offer is directed to users who are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity and operate from a country without legal restrictions related to NFT and Fanzone's business in Germany.
By registering for the test phase, the User is granted access to his individual Universal Profile decentrally kept on a blockchain. On the Universal Profile, User's Cards that are currently or will be stored in the User's account on Fanzone will be mirrored as Non Fungible Tokens ("NFT") and as such will be made available to the User.
For participation in the Blockchain Migration Test Phase, the following terms and conditions shall apply in addition to our general contractual terms and conditions.
The provision of the individual Universal Profile is currently in the test phase. Within the test phase, Fanzone Media reserves the right to access the personal Universal Profile and make changes. This includes in particular but not limited to:
By participating in the Test Phase, Player Cards that are currently and will be in your Fanzone User Account will be mirrored as NFTs and stored as such in your personal Universal Profile. The ownership of the Player Cards within the Fanzone User Accounts will be automatically synchronized with the ownership of the NFT.
During the test phase, Fanzone Media retains access rights to your individual Universal Profile. This also includes access to the NFT stored in the Universal Profile. Fanzone Media reserves the right to customize and modify the NFT stored in your Universal Profile. A change in the ownership of the NFT is only included if this restores the actual legal situation.
